The Building process made easy
This is a simplified flow chart showing the major parts of building a new home.
- Search for a suitable section or we can assist in finding one for you .Gather up all of your ideas, pictures, plans of how you want your home to look.
- Consultation to iron out what your finished home should look like.
- Pre planning deposit required, so the drafting of plans can commence.
- Plans are finalised and quoted and then 5% deposit is paid upon signing the fixed price contract.
- Consent obtained for construction from local authorities, a Construction Timeline is produced and work begins within 4 weeks.
- During the build regular site visits are planned and updates on progress are given.
- Construction is finished, Code of Compliance is obtained from authorities and keys are handed over.
We can also offer 30 sets of pre drawn designs to choose from, which are ready for council approval with a flexibility option to change designs to suit your specific needs.
